Palate: On the palate, grapefruit zest and lemon curd interplay with cashew, subtle toast and a saline minerality. Textural but taut, with a creamy texture and an acid backbone that drives a long, mouthwatering finish. Stylistically, a reference-point Chardonnay for Wyjup.
